To secure a session for a specific date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit via Venmo/Paypal is required. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the photo shoot before starting.
Once the 50% non-refundable deposit is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you know that you will be in charge of listing a home and you would like us to photograph the home, go ahead and fill out the form below.
The date and time of the photo shoot is only confirmed at the time of the 50% non-refundable deposit, so feel free to put in the expected date of the photo shoot.
Please make sure that the photo shoot date and time is after the cleaners have visited the home, the house has been organized, and ready to be photographed.
This is to ensure that we have an efficient photo shoot and we can avoid any overtime fees.
We are located in Herndon, VA. We calculate the travel time based on Google Maps according to the time of the photoshoot.
The number of photos is calculated based on the average number of images for listings on Zillow and Redfin for the given home type and size.
If you would like more images, please let us know ahead of time. We try to take as many images as needed to cover all aspects of the home. We do charge $10 per additional image.
If the photo shoot is over and you would like more photos to be taken, we do charge $50 for an additional 30 minute session.
The packages and pricing listed above is only for 1 session. Since a second session is requested for a specific purpose, the photographer needs to travel to and from the location, spend the 15-30 minutes to take the photos, and spend another 1 hour to edit the photos.
The purpose of the 50% non-refundable deposit is to lock in your date and time. If you cancel last minute, I could have booked someone else during that period. I do not schedule your preferred date/time until a deposit has been made, which means that making your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until a deposit has been made.
The weather is not in our control. In this scenario, you can use your deposit towards a re-schedule or have it refunded if you need to cancel. If you cancel or don’t show up to the session due to any reason besides weather, then the deposit will not be refunded.
If you would like, you are more than welcome to come to the shoot, but it is not required. If there are certain aspects of the home you would like highlighted, please let the photographer know in advance in order to have a successful shoot.
In the case where certain shots were missed during the photo shoot and the shot was not previously communicated to the photographer, we do charge $50 for an additional 30 minute session to cover the remaining photos. This covers travel to and from the location, time to take the photos, and edit the photos.
Yes, the home owner is required to be at the home at the time of the shoot. In case any objects or furniture needs to be moved, the home owner is responsible for moving the items.
It is recommended that the home is cleaned and organized to ensure we can deliver the highest quality of images.
The typical turnaround time is 1-2 days depending on the number of images. If you need the images same day, then there is an additional fee of $25.
All images will be delivered via Google Drive. Your photos will be available for 30 days and you will need to download them to your computer within that time frame. Make sure to download the photos ASAP!
Make sure to save and backup your images because I do clean out my client files every few months and cannot guarantee that I will backup the images.
I am extremely sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the editing. I do include 1-2 revisions on the editing to ensure that you have a beautiful final image. If you provide the image name and what you would like to be improved, I will provide an updated images within 1-2 days.
